The Uptown Triangle Neighborhood Association (UTNA) is an organization devoted to the preservation of the quality of life and property values within the boundaries of the uptown triangle. The Uptown Triangle's boundaries are Broadway Avenue, St Charles Avenue and the River (Leake Avenue).

7th ANNUAL CAROLING IN PALMER PARK TO TAKE PLACE DECEMBER 15th!
Join the Carrollton Area Network for their annual Christmas caroling event in Palmer Park being held Sunday, December 15th at 6:00 pm. Singing will be lead by the Mater Dolorosa Catholic Church Choir and cookies and eggnog will be served. Non-perishable food and donations will be collected to benefit the Second Harvesters Food Bank. UTNA BOARD ELECTS NEW PRESIDENT
In lieu of former UTNA president Patrick Tucker reaching the maximum term one can serve in an officer position (3 years), the board recently elected Dennis Herlihy as the Association's newest president. We are still in need of donations to refill the pet waste dispensers. Our goal is $1200 for the year. We have collected $1055. Any amount is greatly appreciated. Please donate to help keep your neighborhood clean. If you are unable to donate at this time, but would like to contribute, please add your donation to your annual UTNA membership dues with a note that the additional amount is for the pet waste dispenser bags.
Last year, the contributions of 26 people allowed us to purchase 40,000 bags at a cost of about $1200. This project has been a huge success. A big thank those who generously contributed this year and last, we are very grateful.
